Building Code:
Flbarndo (The Avanti Group, Inc.) is a Florida based Engineering firm and can only provide signed and sealed plans for permit for the state of Florida. If you are outside the state of Florida, you will need to hire a local architect or engineer to complete the plans for permit in accordance to purchasers local county code requirements.
